トーストマスターとは？ 　　トーストマスターは、自分の思うことや考えをきちんと相手に伝えるというコミュニケーション能力を向上するのに最も適しています。自分の思うことや考えをきちんと相手に伝えるというまた、トーストマスターは、人前で話すとき、どきどきしてうまく話せないのを克服したり、あなたのやりたいことを自信をもって成功させる手法を学べます。また、相手の言うことをきちんと聞けるようにもなります。トーストマスターになれば、こうしたことができるのです。米国やカナダを中心に世界のいたるところで、多くのトーストマスターズクラブが活発に活動しています。

Matsumoto Toastmasters Club 　　In Matsumoto, Nagano Prefecture, Toastmasters International Matsumoto Toastmasters Club (#819249-76) was organized and chartered as of September 6, 2005. The Toastmasters Educational Program 　 The educational program is the heart of a Toastmasters Club. It is the means through which you develop your communication and leadership skills and achieve your goal of becoming a better communicator.

トーストマスターズ教育プログラム 　トーストマスターの教育プログラムは、「トーストマスターズクラブの理念」とも呼べるものです。プログラムにより、コミュニケーションとリーダーシップの能力を伸ばし、日本人が不得意な、「思ったことや考えたことを人に正確に伝える」ということを可能にします。

Two Tracks :communication and leadership 　　The Toastmasters educational program is divided into two tracks -- a communication track and a leadership track. The communication track is the major part of the system -- almost all new members join Toastmasters for the benefits this track offers. Some become involved in the leadership track. The tracks are not mutually exclusive. You may participate in both tracks at the same time if you wish.

二つのコース 　　　コミュニケーションとリーダーシップ 　　この教育プログラムは、コミュニケーション・コースとリーダーシップ・コースの二つのコースから構成されています。コミュニケーション・コースは、この教育システムの根幹をなすもので、新たしくトーストマスターとして参加されますと、このコースで多くの事を学びます。また、リーダーシップ・コースにも参加されるトーストマスターもおられます。両コースは、別々のものではなく、互いに関連しています。同時に、両方のコースに参加いただけます。

 

Toastmasters International ™ 　　The "Toastmasters International ™" is a non profit worldwide organization in California, US which is approved by the US Federal Government. More than 200,000 Toastmasters are learning better communication in approximately 10,000 Toastmasters clubs throughout the world. In U.S. and Canada corporate Toastmasters clubsare common while almost 100 percents of the clubs in Japan are community clubs like Kyoto or Tokyo Toastmasters Club.
